Dear Friends in the Lord

Many of you have known me since the Lord put the vision of Children of Glory into my heart in June of 2005, and, some of you are newly met. I do know that you are all obedient, faithful friends of God and are passionate about pleasing Him. I am very thankful that He has provided such a beautiful network of ‘family’ to accomplish our individual and corporate missions.

The past few years have been an incredible time of change and most of you would agree that God has been blowing our minds on a daily basis. But now, as we are hearing in the Body of Christ, ‘it is time to move!’ Children of Glory needs your prayers, we need volunteers to produce our upcoming events, and we need financial resources to accomplish the mission.

Since our recent return from the Children’s Equipping Center, International House of Prayer in Kansas City, we have been ministering in the Hispanic community in Ft. Worth, equipping, training and encouraging both children and leaders. We are:

• Ministering to children through the creative arts, teaching them to worship, prayer and intimacy with God. Our Summer Camps in June and July, “Created to Worship – Express Yourself!” need youth and adult volunteers.
• Ministering to pastors, encouraging them to turn their hearts to the children recognizing the gifts of ministry that are in the children from a very early age, and, equipping and releasing them into their callings.
• Teaching and raising up spiritual mothers and fathers to recognize and understand the call upon this generation and to stand with them, speak life over them and bless them.

We will be opening our after-school creative arts ministry in September at Nations Worship Center and possibly one other location for private lessons. We are in need of more musicians to teach private lessons: piano, violin, percussion, guitar and dance. We need other youth and adult volunteers to assist with administration.
